by a national bank over a domain dispute resulting in a large
monetary settlement in favor of our client.
Forced the transfer of a domain name (costamartravel.com) registered
in bad faith through ICANN proceedings conducted via the World
Intellectual Property Organization.
Successfully appealed a refusal by an Examining Attorney before
the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board for the trademark BBQ PIT
STOP.
Successfully obtained several default judgments before the Trademark
Trial and Appeal Board resulting in cancellation of abandoned
